AVISO IMPORTANTE

  1. Concluido el pago en Transbank, favor esperar la página de confirmación del portal Albin Trotter, antes de cerrar la pestaña del navegador.
  2. Luego de su compra llegará un correo de confirmación. Si no lo recibe favor revisar carpeta SPAM.
  3. La boleta/factura será emitida en día hábil, en horario de oficina.
  4. Una vez emitida la boleta/factura se enviará un correo con la información de su despacho.
  5. Una vez facturada su compra, el transportista externo tiene dos días hábiles para el retiro de su carga desde centro logístico. Luego del retiro, la demora será la siguiente:
    • Despachos en Santiago tienen una demora de entre 1 y 4 días hábiles.
    • Despachos a Regiones la demora será de 5 a 7 días hábiles.
    • Para Zonas Extremas, la demora puede ser de hasta 20 días hábiles.
    • Considerar que puede haber imponderables no posibles de controlar, que pudieran generar una demora en su despacho.
    • Considerar que, para compras con retiro, debe esperar el envío de su boleta/factura a su correo para ser presentado en tienda. Los retiros no están disponibles los días sábados.
